Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • A technical issue on our end that prevents the eSIM or data package from being activated or used as intended.
  • Failure on our part to deliver the service as described or promised at the time of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The eSIM or data package has already been activated or used, in part or in full.
  • Issues caused by the customer’s device, such as incompatibility, locked phones, or lack of eSIM support.
  • Incorrect purchase or user error, including choosing the wrong package, region, or plan.
  • Connectivity issues caused by third-party networks or roaming restrictions beyond our control.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase at support@onesim.al. Include your order ID and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
